At Vanyan, we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. Your satisfaction matters — and so does your confidence in shopping with us.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Hair is unaltered — unwashed, uncut, and not chemically treated (no perming, dyeing, or heat styling)
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Item was not marked as final sale

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or chemically altered hair
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
  • Custom or special-order pieces

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@shopvanyan.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different length, texture, or style — subject to availability. Reach out to our team to get started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
